Terms of Service for Orin Bot

By adding, using, or otherwise interacting with Orin Bot ("the Bot") in any Discord server, on your own Discord account (User Install), or through the Bot's web dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Orin Bot provides Discord server features including a virtual economy, mini-games, pet/team systems, farming, family and other social features, leveling with auto-roles, welcome messages, giveaways, reaction roles, and moderation tools (bans, mutes, warnings, tickets, mod logs, server security, and similar).

Some commands also work from your own Discord account (User Install), including in servers and DMs where the Bot is not a member. Server administrators can manage the Bot's settings for their servers through the web dashboard at this website.

2. Virtual Currency & Items

All currency, items, pets, and other virtual assets within the Bot exist solely for entertainment within Discord and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be purchased with real money, cashed out, traded outside the Bot, or exchanged for real-world goods or currency.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior for unfair advantage (please report these to us instead, for example with the /report-bot command)
• Use the Bot to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated tools, scripts, or self-bots to interact with the Bot
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Bot
• Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose

4. Moderation Features & Dashboard

Moderation tools (bans, mutes, warnings, ticket systems, mod logs, etc.) and the web dashboard are provided for server administrators to manage their own communities. After signing in with Discord, people who have the Administrator permission in a server can change that server's settings on the dashboard.

Server administrators are responsible for the settings they choose. We are not responsible for how individual server staff choose to use these tools within their servers.

5. No Warranty

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot — including loss of virtual currency, items, or data.

7. Availability

We don't guarantee the Bot will be available at all times. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the Bot, including the dashboard, for any user or server that violates these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
